I / We will be participating in the RunImire event.

AND WHEREAS I / we am / are prepared to give certain warranties, indemnities and consents and make certain acknowledgements relating to my / our participation in the event and it is a condition of my / our participation in the event that the said warranties, indemnities, acknowledgements and consents be recorded in writing and signed by myself / ourselves.

NOW THEREFORE I / We record the following:

1. I / We warrant that I am / we are 15 years of age or older;
2. I / We acknowledge that I am / we are aware that the activities in which I / we will be participating during the event (the activities) are dangerous and can result in personal injury including fatal injury to myself / ourselves;
3. I / We confirm that I / we fully appreciate the nature of the risks that I / we will be exposed to whilst participating in the activities;
4. I / We hereby voluntarily assume all risks which are associated with the activities and consent to the risk of any harm which may befall me / us whilst participating in such activities including bodily injury and death;
5. I / We agree that I / we shall have no claim whatsoever nature against the event, its owners, shareholders, directors, members, employees or other persons contracted to the event (herein after referred to as the parties) for any harm or loss whatsoever nature which I / we may suffer whilst participating in the activities even if such injury, harm or loss is caused by the negligence of any of the parties;
6. I / We accordingly indemnify all the parties against any injury, harm or loss which I / we may suffer whilst participating in the activities;
7. In addition to the exemption from liability detailed above I / we further agree that none of the parties shall be liable to me / us for any injury, harm or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by me / us at any time during the event (and not only whilst participating in the activities) arising from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to illness, accident, theft, injury or death.
8. This exemption from liability shall apply even where the injury, harm or loss referred to the above is caused by the negligence of any of the parties.
